This week’s Metal Tuesday is “Through the Fire and Flames” by Dragonforce.
Some of you may have stumbled across this game in Rock Band (or Guitar Hero, what the hell, they’re pretty much the same game). It is truly amusing to watch someone trying to play this song on anything but Easy. Simply put, Dragonforce throws you into the metal, speeds it up, and never slows down.

In Chapter 96, The Steve is getting used to his new prosthetic, but feels the need to get back into the action. Back on Skull Island, Mateo asks Rachel to marry him. In St. Louis, the vampire that survived the battle in Panama contacts her master, the leader of the Great Death.

From Say Uncle comes an article that the TSA will allow small knives on planes starting April 27th. Their length threshold has me baffle. Who the hell came up with 2.36 inches (6cm) as an acceptable length?
In some regards, this is the knife equivalent of the seven-round limit. We can’t trust you with a standard length knife, but a neutered length blade is okay.
Do I have any knives under 6cm? I wonder. Oh wait, here’s one.

This song is typical of what I usually put into my “Battle” playlist. Something that just makes you just want to pick up a sword and hack your enemies to death. Very useful for writing action scenes.
