This week’s band is relatively local, hailing from Orlando. I saw them when Hammerfall came to town, and we all know I’m a sucker for female-fronted metal. Here’s a track that I enjoyed.

Metal Tuesday- Gloryhammer – The Hollywood Hootsman
Yes, I know it isn’t Tuesday. Fuck it. My week’s screwed up because of storm. So, I chose something light and funny.
Metal Tuesday- Dragonland – The Neverending Story
If you’ve followed my Metal Tuesday series, you should know I have a fondness for covers. Particularly taking a non-metal song and turning it into a metal one. This one is not only a metal cover of a non-metal song, but a cover of the theme song to one of my favorite childhood films.
Metal Tuesday – Ghost – Square Hammer
Ghost is one of those interesting theatrical groups. They do the satanic metal bit, with the kicker that they’re lead singer is an anti-Pope. The music has a unique sound amongst the metal bands.
Metal Tuesday- Seven Kingdoms – Rats in the Wall
Since The Brother had this one playing a lot during our recent excursion up to see the eclipse, I thought I’d share.
Metal Tuesday- Something for the Geeks
According to the YouTube video, this is Jon Bon Jovi’s very first recording.

Metal Tuesday- Blind Guardian- Dead Sound of Misery
Another song from the burying through Derek’s head. And it’s Blind Guardian. They don’t make many mediocre songs.
Metal Tuesday- Holyhell – Wings of Light
We’ve had Holyhell on here before, and this is one of their more interesting songs.
Metal Tuesday- Sabaton- Winged Hussars
Yeah, I know. How utterly surprising that a Sabaton song shows up on Metal Tuesday. Well, this one has been playing almost nonstop in my head for the past few days. Because it’s that awesome!
And it’s about the largest cavalry charge in history. Seriously, read up on the Battle of Vienna.
Lyrics in the video.
Metal Tuesday- The Cybertronic Spree
Since Halloween had to land on a Monday this year, I’m doing my Halloween post a week early. And I’m doing TWO songs this week because this group is just that awesome. Especially if you’re nostalgic for the 80’s Transformers.
