Recovery Happenings – The Wife’s recovery goes apace, but this knee is not being as cooperative as the previous. It’s a going to be a long road, but probably worth it. My watch helpfully informed me that I had done far more stair climbing than my average. On the plus side, The Wife made her first outing since the surgery. She was running out of yarn for her project. Well, it was either pay more in delivery fees than the cost of the skein, wait a week, or we could do a pickup at the busiest mall in the area. So, of course, we decided on pickup. That was actually an easy, quick, in and out, with The Wife and MIL sitting in the car. The trip to Publix was a bit longer as The Wife navigated using the scooter as we picked up a few things.

Tech Happenings – Since The Wife is laid up on the couch as she recovers, I’ve been working downstairs with her. I noticed that I really enjoyed using my ASUS Double monitors with the work laptop, but I also found I liked hooking them up to my personal laptop. The extra monitors help with blogging, story writing, or even just playing Civ.
