This past weekend I finished the initial draft of Volume 2 of I Wanted To Serve In My First Life, But Now I Serve Justice In Another World. I am having a lot of fun writing an anti-isekai isekai. I have some more tweaks to do and send the draft to some folks. It will probably show up on the blog sometime in the fall.

Which means, I’m going to focus on finishing up the Irregulars Universe. Or at least this story arc in the universe. I’m planning on two more chapters to finish up Kevin’s story. I’ve got some of it planned out.

After that? I’ll still keep working on Justice In Another World. I also want to get to work on the sequel to Promise to the Magic Heart. The funny thing was when I was finishing it up, I wasn’t sure if I was going to make that a standalone or a series. Now that I’ve had time to distance myself from the writing, I think I would like to dive back into that world.

As for new novels? I have a couple of ideas floating around, and I really need to get back to it. I can feel my long-form skills atrophying.
