This week’s Metal Tuesday is Quiet Riot’s “Bang Your Head (Metal Health)”. Although, I consider this more hard rock than heavy metal, this was one of the bands that put me down the road to finding bands like Manowar, Metallica, Savatage, and Iron Maiden, who, in turn, would really light the metal fire in me.
